Not for ye weak of stomach.

Ok, so after my rainy days in Cuenca I was off to Loja. One more town closer to finally leaving Ecaudor (I swear!). And suddenly it dawned on me, "I´m suddenly close to leaving Ecuador and I have totally forgotten to do the most important thing!" That would be trying the Cuy (Guinea Pig) that is a tradition here! Don´t worry, crisis averted. I wouldn´t let you guys, or myself, down!

The "Door to the City" Which happens to be guarded by strange, wrought-iron horesmen.Hmmm. Have I seen this before somewhere? Some other shots from around the city...
A church! BIG suprise!
OK. Now on to the main event. The eating of rodent!
Staring at my morocho and waiting for the entree to arrive! There she is! A little half guinea pig just for me!Anticipation...Who are we kidding. Of course I liked it!
The end.

Oooh. I almost forgot! My other favorite memory of Loja was getting run over by all the kids when school was let out!

(If he will be possible add the CresceNet(www.provedorcrescenet.com) in your blogroll I thankful, bye friend).
